FPA Clinical Research is an independent research facility located in Kissimmee, Fl. We are in the heart of Central Florida, approximately 18 miles southwest of Orlando International Airport and 10 miles west of Walt Disney World. Dr. Christopher M. Chappel, our owner and Principal Investigator, has been conducting research in Osceola County for over 20 years. Currently, we conduct clinical trials for Phase I thru Phase 4 studies. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 am till 5:00 pm for our Phase II thru IV, with Saturday hours available as needed. Our Phase I unit is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our facility traditionally exceeds our contractual enrollment goals set by our sponsors. Overall, our enrollment percentage averages  greater than 145%. We routinely request increases in the number of patients we are allowed to randomize into our studies.

We routinely utilize Central IRB’s and have worked with all sponsored Central Labs. We are five blocks from Osceola Regional Medical Center and 3 blocks south of Drew Medical, a major Radiologic Imaging  Center.  Our research staff are ASIS Lab certified, IATA certified  and all are EDC, EDiary  and IVRS trained.
